Great question! If you’re like most of my students, you are already working really hard on your hydraiton, maybe lugging around one of those gallon-sized nalgenes? But you’ve also probably noticed how you seem to pee out all of that water you're always chugging. And chances are, you've noticed your body doesn't seem to naturally want to drink large quantities of this stuff. What we're missing here is that hydration is less about quantity and more about quality, it's less about chugging and more about charge. When we leverage these principles, we drink way less, we enjoy way more, and we hold onto water much more deeply. The methods I teach will make this easier for you, not harder. ♥
Here's what changed:
For years, I’ve suggested people focus SOLELY on drinking the right amount of water in order to have proper hydration.
But then I noticed a very common scenario I would see all.the.time.
Most people spend all this energy lugging around massive water bottles.
They force themselves to chug it at random times of the day to hit their drinking goals.
They might have even spent hundreds on a fancy filtration system.
They work hard, dutifully drinking their tasteless water...
...But they run to the bathroom all the time and pee out that same water almost as soon as they drink it.
And literally nothing else changes in their health.

More than any other substance, water has essentially ZERO resemblance in our kitchen faucets to how it's found naturally, and how our body prefers to use it.
